Retreat Overview
To cultivate means to foster growth, to improve something through dedicated care and effort, and to seek out and nurture relationships with others.
We strive to cultivate many things – personal growth and development, community, understanding, friendships, compassion, creativity, peace, healing, talent in ourselves and others.
You’re invited to an intimate writing and meditation retreat for women seeking to cultivate a unique shared experience. Over one weekend in beautiful Hood River, Oregon, we will explore who we are and how we see ourselves and others. Through group writing, mindfulness and self-expression exercises, we will come away inspired and with renewed passion for that which we hope to cultivate in our lives.
This one-of-a-kind retreat is limited to six women.
Stacy Hirsch and Jen Waldref are both based in Olympia, Washington. Their collaboration on Cultivate sprung from a mutual belief that writing and meditation are two of the most beautiful and powerful ways to break down barriers, foster greater understanding, and bring people together.
